Created in collaboration with Hisashi Kishi, owner of STAR BAR and the first bartender to receive Japan’s prestigious “Contemporary Master Craftsman” award, this model draws inspiration from “Sakura Aviation,” his original cocktail.

A new addition joins the STAR BAR limited-edition lineup, born of a collaboration with world-renowned bartender Hisashi Kishi. This model takes inspiration from “Sakura Aviation,” an original cocktail created by Kishi. An original cocktail by Hisashi Kishi, made with gin infused with cherry blossoms, offering the delicate aroma of sakura. Enjoy a moment wrapped in the soft air of spring, as if surrounded by cherry blossoms in full bloom.

The watch features a mother-of-pearl dial with a soft, refined pink vertical gradient reminiscent of cherry blossoms. The lustrous surface of the white mother-of-pearl changes its expression depending on the viewing angle, evoking the shimmering transparency of a cocktail gently swirling in a glass.
Pink-gold-coloured accents add warmth to the hands, indexes, and crown, and are subtly reflected in the bracelet.

The translucent dial recalls the act of savouring a cocktail during a spring moment with cherry blossoms in full bloom.

The case back is marked with the words “Limited Edition” and the serial number, and each watch comes in a special limited-edition box.
